Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you in the loop via email.

Shipping (South Africa Only) We currently ship within South Africa only. Standard delivery typically takes 7-12 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. However we offer free standard delivery on orders of R500 or more, where applicable

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out for you.
